My coaching approach emphasizes quality workouts over quantity workouts. Training is not about how many hours you train per week, but your fitness benefit from each workout. A workout should have a specific purpose so you do not spend hours of endless training with minimal gains.
This approach is ideal for all fitness levels, with a variety of training goals, whether it's your first sprint triathlon or a full ironman. In addition, I like to incorporate my background in psychology into my coaching style to also “train the brain”.
Training properly for the mental game is as important as training for the physical game. Above all else, however, I emphasize the fun side of multisport lifestyle: we're all out here to have fun and see where that can take us!
